Setcan Corporation is court declared experts have designed a Conflict Avoidance Strategies Instructor course for Fire / Paramedics that focuses on de-escalation of a possibly violent situation, recognizing when and how to de-escalate a situation, and the use of force defense tactics that are safe for both parties involved.
